Hourly Rates include the costs of transportation, tools and 20 minutes (covers all of Delta) travel time. Outside of Delta, B.C., a minimum 30 Minute Travel Time Surcharge will apply.

Consumables, such as nails, screws, glue, blades, etc. may be charged for as materials, depending on the size of the job.

All Estimates are FREE if we do the job for you, but the initial cost to do an estimate is $59.00 plus GST, payable upon initial visit, or receipt of invoice.

Quotes are available upon request. The initial cost to do a Quote is $59.00 plus GST, payable upon initial visit, or receipt of invoice. Quote costs are not refunded if we do the job for you.

Labour costs are subject to 10% Liability Insurance and WCB / WorkSafe B.C. Surcharge.

Handyman's Helper occasionally, if the job allows, we can charge out a lower rate for our Handyman's Helper (about 50%-75% of our regular rates), saving you money; keeping our skilled labour working on your project, to get the job done faster and at an overall lower cost.
